Summer Breastfeeding Support (July–August)
Our usual breastfeeding support sessions are running a little differently over the summer while venues close and many of our volunteers take a well-earned break.
Current summer arrangements:
• Stoke Holy Cross Church Hall – Not running over the summer. We look forward to returning in September.
• CMF Family Hub, Hunter Road, Norwich – Friday sessions will continue where possible, although there will be no session on Friday 31st July.
• Saturday 1st August – Join us for our World Breastfeeding Week Celebration Picnic at Eaton Park (11:00am–1:00pm). Our volunteers will be there alongside the NNUH Infant Feeding Team offering breastfeeding support. Bring a picnic and come along to celebrate with us!
• Some Friday support sessions may be held at Waterloo Park instead. Please check our Facebook and Instagram pages for the latest updates, as locations may change due to reduced volunteer availability during the summer holidays.
• Please note that CMF Family Hub will be closed for refurbishment from 14th–28th August, which may affect support during this time.
Coming in September
• Stoke Holy Cross support group returns
• New Thetford breastfeeding support group – coming soon, with more details to follow
Please check our Facebook and Instagram pages before travelling for the most up-to-date information on venues and session dates throughout the summer.
